Frozen Silence Spell

To halt harmful words, actions, or energies in their tracks.

Purpose:
This spell calls upon the icy stillness of the Dark Moon and the frozen breath of the Winter Goddess to stop malicious energy, gossip, or attacks against you. It does not harm, it simply freezes the ill intent so it cannot move forward.

You Will Need:

• A small slip of paper
• Black or white candle
• Pen (black ink)
• Small freezer-safe jar or container
• Water
• A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Write the name of the person, situation, or harmful force you wish to freeze on the paper.
2. Place the paper into the jar, fill with water, and add a pinch of salt.
3. Seal the jar and place it in your freezer.
4. Extinguish the candle, knowing the harmful energy is now bound in ice.

Light your candle and hold the paper in your hands, saying:

"By frost and stillness, by ice and night,
I freeze your harm, remove your might.
You cannot move, you cannot speak,
Until I choose, your power is weak."

Note: When you feel the situation has passed, thaw the jar, dispose of the contents, and thank the Goddess for her protection.
