Every day, your nervous system says: “I’m still alone.”
Let’s start rewiring it to feel held.
Do this even if you feel numb. Especially if you do.

“I allow myself to feel safe, even in a world that could not hold me.”
“I belong to Source, not to systems.”
Visualize your higher self -radiant, ageless, loving- cradling your human self like a child. Let her whisper:
“I’ve never left you. I am you. And we are not alone.”
Sit or lie down. Touch your heart and your belly. Whisper:
“Come home, little one. I am here.”
Do this even if tears come. Or nothing comes. It is working.

You survived things others wouldn’t have.
Put your hands on your womb, your chest, your thighs—wherever pain lives—and say:
“You didn’t fail me. I see how hard you tried to keep me alive. You can rest now. I’m here.”
This builds trust between your soul and your flesh.
