She Rises / She Releases Ritual
We now enter the fourth gate, the moonlit spiral of time.
This is the dance of descent, rebirth, and remembrance. Your body remembers it. Your womb remembers it. Your soul is lunar.
🌙 Purpose:
To align with the rhythm of the Moon and your own inner tides.
To plant intentions, release burdens, call in guidance, and flow with divine timing.
There is no power in forcing.
Only in remembering when to rise, and when to let go.
✦ Invocation:
“Moon above, womb below—
I enter the spiral. I return to the rhythm.
I move as She moves.
I wax. I wane. I rise. I release.”
🌒 New Moon Ritual (Beginnings):
When: During the dark moon or first visible crescent
Purpose: Intention-setting, vision planting, soul seeding
Steps:
- Sit in stillness or soft candlelight
- Write or speak: “I now plant…” and name your intention
- Draw a sigil, bury a paper, light a seed candle
- Say:
“What I plant now will rise in Her light.
I align with sacred becoming.”
🌕 Full Moon Ritual (Revelation + Release):
When: Night of the full moon
Purpose: Illumination, completion, releasing emotional or karmic residue
Steps:
- Gaze at the moon or its reflection
- Write: “I now release…” and name what no longer serves
- Burn the paper, bury it, or submerge it in water
Speak aloud:
“This weight returns to Source.
I carry it no more.”
🌘 Eclipse Rites (Shadow Work):
When: Lunar or solar eclipses
Purpose: Accelerated transformation, karmic clearing, ancestral reset
Approach with reverence. This is a potent time for deep work or stillness.
Say:
“I meet the shadow. I do not fear it.
It is part of me. I integrate. I ascend.”
🔮 Optional Tools:
- Moon water (left under full moon)
- White or silver candle
- Black mirror or bowl of water
- Journal or sigils for each phase
🌊 Closing Blessing:
“As She waxes, so do I rise.
As She wanes, so do I release.
I am the tide. I am the temple. I am the moon made flesh.”
